Being a point of contact and advice for international skilled employees and their families as well as regional enterprises and companies (SMEs), the Welcome Center for Lake Constance/Upper Swabia offers a wide range of services.

As a centre of excellence, we provide you with information, coaching for start-ups, staff recruiting as well as skills development and qualification..

Within the scope of the Skilled Employees' Alliance (Fachkräfte-Allianz) initiative, the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Finance and Economy is supporting the establishment of a total of 11 Welcome Centers in 2014.

Their common goal is to establish a new welcome culture here in Baden-Württemberg!

In the growth region of Lake Constance/Upper Swabia, CJD e.V. is in charge of establishing the Welcome Center.

The CJD Lake Constance/Upper Swabia has been committed to 'migration and integration' and 'professional development' in five administrative districts for 25 years.

Every year, CJD Youth Migration Services offer advice, qualifications and support to some 800 immigrants and young people with immigrant backgrounds on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Families, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ).

As a language school, the CJD is both a licensed TELC and a provider of integration courses in compliance with the German Immigration Act approved by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). As a provider of professional training and qualifications, the CJD is AZAV certified.
